Welcome to my cake blog! Here I will share recipes, ideas, pictures, and musings loosely related to the world of baking and cake decorating, as well as post my cake decorating class schedule and information for students.

I worked as a professional cake decorator before motherhood. Now I teach cake decorating classes and enjoy trying to make gluten-free and healthier versions of favorite dessert recipes.
