Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Tart Pie1. Dairy-Free Gluten-Free Chocolate Tart/Pie thing :)

This was a big surprise when I first tasted it. I expected it to be kinda meh. But it’s actually really good! The crust is sort of crumbly, which I like, and the chocolate goes with that really well. The only part I don’t like about it is the cream, so I scrape that off my slices. :)

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe3. Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

As long as you leave the walnuts out, these are great cookies! They’re best when they first come out of the oven, but still rather tasty after a day or two. And they’re small, so you can have more than one. ;)

Loaf made with gluten-free bread mix4. Gluten-Free Bread Mix

This was also a surprise. I was like, “Gluten-Free BREAD?” because that’s a little strange. But it actually turned out really nice :) It’s sort of sweet, and it’s great for sandwiches! :)
