Today for dinner I cooked pizza bites! :D It’s fun and easy and I think you will want to make them yourself!

Makes 6 Pizza Bites per Puff Pastry sheet.
Estimated Serving Size: 2-4 Pizza Bites.

You need:

-Parchment Paper
-Puff Pastry :D
-Marinara Sauce / Tomato Sauce
-Mozzarella Cheese
-An Oven
-Pizza Cutter
-A Fork
-A Plate to eat the Pizza Bites on!

-Romano Cheese
-Parmesan Cheese
-Chef Hat

15-45 minutes before starting, take puff pastry out of box and place onto a paper towel in a warm area. Allow to thaw, then unfold puff pastry sheet. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut with pizza cutter along the 3 sections of the puff pastry. Then cut each of those 3 slices in half. You should have 6 rectangular slices of Puff Pastry. Lightly spread tomato/marinara sauce on the middle of puff pastry slice. Cover sauce with cheeses and pepperoni. (Be sure not to overfill the pastry, you don’t want the filling to spill out!) After you have the filling on the slice of puff pastry, fold it so you have a smaller rectangle. Then crimp the edges with a fork. Poke holes in top of pastry. It should look like a piece of pasta! Move pastries to baking sheet and put in the oven on 400 degrees for 15-25 minutes. (15 for a softer pastry, 25 for a crisper one) Be patient for select amount of time. When the oven is done cooking, take pastries out of oven, move to a plate, and enjoy! :D
